The 2024 meeting of the SCSP will be held in Davidson, NC on the Davisdon College campus. Most events - including check-in will be held in the located in the Chambers Building (at 200 D Road). It is the large building at the center of campus.

Getting to Davidson College

Davidson College is located approximately 30 minutes north of the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT). CLT is the sixth busiest airport in the country, and is served by fifteen different carriers.

If you're arriving at the Charlotte-Douglas International airport, there are a variety of shuttle services available that will get you to Davidson. If you are interested in carpooling, please contact the conference organizers.

Davidson College is located 19 miles north of Charlotte, just off interstate 77 at Exit 30.

Parking at the conference

Parking is available along Main Street, Concord Road or in public parking at Baker Sports Complex. We are hopeful that we will be able to facilitate carpooling to the conference, so please let us now if you either will have a car with extra spots, or will be looking for a ride.

Lodging

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at both the Homewood Suites in Davidson and at the Hampton Inn Charlotte-North/Lake Norman in Cornelius. People may either call the hotels and request a room in the block or, even better, use one of the links below:​
